Since joining DLP in 1983, Gary Loer has focused on building long-lasting client relationships while coordinating multiple projects. Loer’s background in program management and field direction helped prepare him to work successfully in every aspect of the business. As an award-winning commercial builder, Loer’s vision for the future of D.L. Porter is to maintain a hands-on approach to completing successful projects on any scale.

C. Marshall White – Vice President
Marshall White, who helped found DLP in 1977, directs a wide range of activities for the firm. White oversees the company’s operations, guiding project managers as well as managing major projects directly. By directing DLP’s estimating process, backed with more than 30 years of experience, White provides clients with extremely accurate, cost effective project estimates.
